Reflect, Mentor, Lead: A Unique Experience in Audiology Education

Melanie Buhr-Lawler, AuD, and Amy Hartman, AuD, were recently published in the Hearing Journal, describing how the audiology program established at the Wisconsin (UW) Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders provides an exemplary education program that prepares students to be the next generation of scholars, clinicians, educators, and leaders in our field.

The University of Wisconsin audiology (AuD) clinical faculty have developed and implemented a program to actively teach clinical reflection, mentoring, and leadership skills to future audiologists.
