Hayley is a doctoral student in the Communication Sciences and Disorders department under the joint mentorship of Dr. Kim Mueller and Dr. Haley Dresang. She earned her B.S. in Neuroscience with a minor in Linguistics from the University of Kansas in 2020. She worked as a research coordinator at the Mesulam Center for Cognitive Neurology and Alzheimer’s Disease on a Primary Progressive Aphasia project. Her research interests include testing measures of Aphasia, neuroimaging to understand language organization in the brain, and nonfluent speech.
