Bolus Properties and Their Effects on Rheology and Pharyngeal Swallowing Pressures

Rodolfo is a Fulbright doctoral student in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, working with Dr. Michelle Ciucci and Dr. Nicole Rogus-Pulia. He is from Chile and he received his Master’s degree in Speech and Languague Disorders from Universidad de Talca, Chile. His research interests include the relationship between swallowing physiology/disorders and sensory properties of food. He is also interested in food oral processing. He moved to Madison with his wife (Carolina) and his three children. In his free time, he likes to go out and get to know different places in Madison and Wisconsin.
