Listening to and Learning from Disfluent Speech in Children with and without Developmental Language Disorder
Emma is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders under the mentorship of Dr. Margarita Kaushanskaya. She earned a BA in Psychology from Grinnell College in 2019. Emma’s research interests center around bilingual language acquisition in diverse populations (i.e., children with and without language disorders) and contexts (e.g., disfluent input & naturalistic parent-child interactions).
