Parking: Clients may park in the stalls marked “Clinic Parking” directly in front of Goodnight Hall. When you arrive, check in at the front desk and sign out a parking permit. Hang this permit on the rear view mirror inside your vehicle. After your appointment, return the permit to the front desk and sign it back in.

What are the clinic’s hours?

The clinic is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, during the fall, spring, and summer academic semesters. The clinic is closed on holidays and during University of Wisconsin breaks. The hearing aid fitting and dispensing program maintains “on-call” office hours during breaks.

Is there a waiting list?

Because we are a training clinic, there may be a waiting list for some services. Please call us at (608) 262-3951 to find out if there is a waiting list for the service you need.

How can I pay for services?

We ask for payment at the time of service. You can pay with cash, check, or credit card.

Does the clinic bill insurance companies for services?

We do not bill insurance providers directly. However, we can provide you with documentation if you choose to file a claim with your provider. Please request this at the time of service.
